My second EngFlow blog post is about the necessity of using runfiles libraries with Bazel modules, a.k.a. Bzlmod. Like the first Bzlmod post, this is a somewhat exhaustive reference, attempting to fill a number of documentation gaps around the topic of runfiles. The focus is specifically on Bzlmod projects, but it documents how to use runfiles in general, with a working example in Python.
